- Follow up on email sent to the Chattanooga Tai Ji Community Committee

- Promote CTJC workshops and events

- News letters to CTJC


Treasurer

Responsibilities:

- Gather membership data

- Maintian a current roster

- Provide refunds

- Send out renewal notices

- Pay bills

- Maintain CTJC P.O. box


Board Advisor

Dr. William "John" Johnson

2006-2007

Responsibilities:

- Provide input and advice on issues being considered by the Committee


 

Current Committee Members

Lisa Nave Lisa Nave's previous and current jobs have given her much experience and many community contacts in these areas. She works in Business Development at TPC Printing and Packaging. When she isn't practicing Tai Ji, she enjoys softball and working in her yard.
Karen Wilson Karen Wilson doesn't claim any job related skills for being the committee secretary, other than the ability to type, and to fight with her word processor. She works as a speech/language pathologist with Associates in Communication Therapies.
Dr. John Johnson

Dr. William "John" Johnson, D.C. graduated magna cum laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC in 1979.  Post doctorate work later earned him board certification in Chiropractic Orthopedics. He has been in practice in North Georgia since 1980.  He did his undergraduate work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he graduated with honors in 1973 with a BA in psychology. Dr. Johnson has been studying Tai Ji with Dr. Guo since 2001.
