32 Yang Sword Form

After the completion of learning and "mastering" the 24 forms, students will begin to learn the 32 Yang Style Tai Ji form.

 

Based on a traditional 56-posture Yang Style Tai Ji form, the 32 Yang Sword Form applies the same Tai

Ji Quan movements for relaxation, yielding, and use of softness to overcome force.

 

This form provides additional challenges for practitioners to develop and improve their mental focus, body coordination and connection between oneself and an inanimate object.

  18. Shooting at the wild geese.
  19. White ape offering the fruit.
