Tai Ji is a process, not an event. It requires dedication,
desire, and practice. At first you should simply concentrate
on the movements. Do not expect immediate and overwhelming
results. As you progress, the benefits will eventually exceed
even your wildest expectations.
Regardless of your desire, you will only get back what you
are willing to put in. Both the beginner and intermediate sessions
should be considered a minimum commitment. Do not expect to
experience the full potential of Tai Ji until this minimum
commitmment has been completed. |
